Bad MLS Photos Do NOT Sell Houses – Can you imagine? Would you ever hire a real estate agent who actually used this kitchen photo to sell your house? Your real estate agent is supposed to create a lifestyle that someone wants to move into – not remind you of all the housework. Guess when you buy this house you can wash dishes and do laundry at the same time and in the same room! No Thanks!!
Andrew and Christina live near the corner of Monte D’Oro and Calle Mayor and as you can see did an amazing job transforming a very basic hillside view home into a gorgeous Mediterranean beauty. With new smooth stucco, windows, front door, lovely front porch and new paver driveway, pathway/stairs to the front porch and all new landscaping.
Here is what they said. “We used the Martinez Brothers Landscaping for both the hardscape and landscape. We worked with Jorge Martinez. The landscape architect was Ric Dykzeul. He designed and drew up the plans for both landscape and hardscape a few years back for us. Yes, we are extremely happy with the results :-)!
Thanks for making the Hollywood Riviera even more beautiful! Great job.
What a beautiful place to be in December!
I came across this photo today, and had to deduce a few things:
1. The bathroom must not have any storage.
2. How come the photographer (I am guessing it was the realtor) couldn’t take one minute to clear off the counter to get a better photo?
3. Why does the owner have Elmer’s glue on their bathroom counter? Is their a beauty regime that I ‘m not aware of that involves glue?
Congratulations to Kim and George Preciado at 306 Calle Mayor. You did an incredible job revamping the home and landscape of your property! It doesn’t even resemble the “before” photo! We love the deck and railings you added, as well as the stairway up to the front porch. Great job in selecting low water plants!
